  Thank you to the staff at Pets Story - the groomer looked after my poodle with care and attention - he is not the easiest to groom a little anxious and was very curly and long. They took the time to make sure he was calm and re did him twice over as they weren't happy. He looks amazing - next time I will try the Calm drops you suggested before I bring him in again - I will be back !

  I had a chat with their boss regarding "pizza issue". He told us this store is under a new management, it's really unfair to give this store a one star simply because previous owner's mistake.

  Got a 6 time quick wash card at end of 2015, no expire date on card both side. Only used twice so far. But when I book for another wash, I was told it is expired. The lady owner is so rude and so ridiculous, like most of those reviews, WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

  Big shop with lots of different stuff for everything you may need for your pets. Sell some animals as well such as kittens, bunnies, guinea pigs, fish. Stuff is very friendly and always happy to help. I always use this store to buy food, hay, litter etc. They offer much better prices compare with supermarkets.
