After many years absent from freshwater aquariums, I’ve decided it’s time to setup a Reef Tank. James has provided me with some astounding customer service. Price is very competitive & stock is in pristine condition. Looking forward to starting in the hobby again & thank you HiFin Aquarium!

Just set up a new planted tank with their products a few days ago. Really satisfied with customer service so far, including a no-fuss replacement for faulty items with a more expensive model at no additional cost. That being said, 2 items showing trouble at the same time in mere days after purchase is a bit disheartening. But I'm still giving it 4 stars for great customer service.

Tonnes of great fish and aquatic organisms, very friendly and helpful staff, quite humid inside!
