  I used this company to move me and my family from Melbourne to Sydney and everyone that I dealt with was extremely professional and helpful. The team was terrific especially the constant contact with the coordinator. I have already given details for the company to other people who have asked me who did I use.

  We recently used King & Wilson to move us from Canberra to Melbourne. The removalists at both ends were really pleasant and seemed to be very professional. They spent a lot of time noting down all our items into a list and then checking this off in Melbourne. The office staff were also very efficient and well spoken. I think they are all pretty well trained.

  Great sales people, terrible removalists. We had them move our furniture from Melbourne to QLD and the amount of damage is ridiculous. Broken Chair (solid wood that would be bloody hard to break), punched a big hole in our couch, punched another hole in a mirror frame that they packaged in strong plastic (once again not easy to do), two tables with severe dents in them - that's all just the beginning. Raised a complaint with them, have chased them 5 times, and getting no response, hence having to resort to leaving bad reviews. Don't use them!

  After talking to someone else, I found out that they don't do "email confirmation". Its 2017, email confirmations have been used since the 90's, how is this not used? Every other form of interaction we had with them was by email apart from arranging delivery. Basically I feel they're just covered themselves as this probably happens quite a lot I reckon.

  I feel the 1 star is harsh but I'm more interested in the company seeing my review so they can improve and actually adopt some systems as its pretty much stuck in 1985 currently!

  I would presume all they needed to do was pick it up from customs, store it, then deliver it, not the hardest job right? Well, after managing to find our first place in Australia we organised our main shipment to be delivered on the day we moved in as we had nothing apart from a bag of clothes, you can see where I'm going with this! The day came around and it got to around 2pm and we hadn't heard or had anything, after a good 30 min phone call, where the lady on the phone would refuse that she made a mistake as "she doesn't do things like that", her words exactly making us feel quite stupid.

  We sent our goods using Anglo Pacific in UK from London to Melbourne Australia. I'm not sure how this works but I'm pretty sure they don't look after our goods while in transit on the ship so there's no point commenting on them about how they looked after our stuff.

  We also sent another 2 separate boxes, of which we knew was ready to be delivered but we had to contact them twice in order to get any idea of when we can have this delivered.

  Recently I moved from Victoria to Cairns and chose King & Wilson to provide their services for packing and moving, organising my car to move with Ceva and arranging A & R Removals to unload in Cairns. I was very happy with every aspect of the move and thank Matt, Tim, Rhonda, Darren and Glen from King & Wilson, Steve and Patrick from A & R Removals and Olivia from Ceva. I highly recommend these caring and professional people who work for great companies.
